Preordered items - Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process. Shipping time will take 1-2 weeks for items to be shipped out once order is placed. Tracking information will be sent once items have shipped! (Be advised that COVID-19 can cause delay in shipment).
If your package has been confirmed by USPS & it say delivered but you did not receive it, then you must file a claim with USPS. ASTROVIBEZ CBD is not responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages.
The only time we will refund is when tracking confirms that the package was lost or delayed during transit and the package was never delivered.
